Red Leaf Lettuce, Dandelion Greens & Watercress with Creamy Garlic Dressing (Copy)

Today is the last warm day of the year and with that news I decided to make an indian summer salad with red leaf lettuce, dandelion greens and watercress. This is the best paired with creamy garlic dressing.

Creamy Garlic Dressing

What you'll need:

1/4c water

1/4c apple cider vinegar

2tbs finely chopped sweet onion

3 finely minced garlic

1tbs honey or agave

1 1/2 c sour cream

1/2c mayonnaise

Salt & pepper to taste

1. Mix together vinegar, water and suga. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

2. Place the rest of the ingredients with the vinegar mix in a jar with a tight seal and shake shake shake!

3. Keep in the frigerator for 24 hours to make sure all the ingredients melt together.

Serve over greens , kale or use as a dip. So yum!!
