Fresh Ginger Dressing
My Godmother introduced me to it when I was visiting her as a teenager and it has been a staple dressing in my life ever since.
Fresh Ginger Dressing:
1 large piece fresh ginger, finely zested - about 1/2 worth of zested fresh ginger
1/2c liquid aminos
2c canola oil
2lbs dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
Big pinch of sea salt and pepper
1. Place all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
2. Place the jar in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Serve over a delicious salad.
